2.1 Service Scope

Royal Ride Fleet provides transportation booking, coordination, and dispatch services for luxury vehicles, including but not limited to sedans, SUVs, limousines, sprinter vans, party buses, and charter buses.

 

Services may be fulfilled using company-operated vehicles and/or licensed third-party transportation providers.

2.2 Quotes & Availability

 

  • All quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry.

  • Prices may change if trip details change (date, time, duration, passenger count, location, or vehicle type).

  • Availability is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed and the required deposit is received.

2.3 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Comply with vehicle rules and safety instructions

  • Avoid illegal activities, substance abuse, or damage to vehicles

  • Be responsible for passenger conduct

Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, overtime, or violations.

2.4 Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if:

 

  • Passenger behavior is unsafe, illegal, or abusive

  • Vehicle or driver safety is compromised

  • Payment authorization fails

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

  • Deposits secure vehicle availability and scheduling.

3.2 Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before pickup:
    Deposit may be refunded, minus any non-recoverable processing or administrative fees.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup:
    Deposit is non-refundable.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
No refund will be issued.

3.3 Changes to Bookings

Changes to date, time, vehicle, or duration are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

3.4 Force Majeure

 

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, accidents, road closures, mechanical failures, or government restrictions. Refunds, if any, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Booking Agreement & Service Disclaimer

4.1 Transportation Disclaimer

 

Royal Ride Fleet acts as a booking and coordination entity. In some cases, transportation services may be provided by independent, licensed third-party operators. We are not a common carrier and do not guarantee the actions or omissions of third-party providers beyond reasonable coordination.

4.2 Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Royal Ride Fleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items

Passengers assume all risks associated with transportation services.

4.3 Time & Traffic Disclaimer

 

Arrival times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events outside our control. No refunds are provided for delays caused by such factors.

4.4 Damage & Cleaning Fees

Customers are financially responsible for:

  • Interior or exterior vehicle damage

  • Excessive cleaning due to spills, bodily fluids, smoke, or debris

  • Missing equipment or accessories

 

Charges will be assessed based on repair or cleaning costs.

4.5 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
